They simply need to relax. They are VERY good but I think that can actually put the pressure on THEM. Like Biles said at the end.....A relaxed / FUN practice will help.

By the way...... HOWWWWWWWWW does a human fling themselves so high without a spring board? It also makes my knees and ankles hurt to watch them land and stop so quickly.
