Always need to be upfront about my 'opinions' regarding football (soccer)... I'm not knowledgeable enough to have an opinion,. 
That said, however, England seems to be controlling the game to me. I don't think they are 'dominating' but they do seem make the most of their opportunities and their D seems quite solid to me.
Italy is tough to read for me.... they 'appear' to me to be more chaotic, less controlled... but then they always seems that way to me, even in their wins. - JamesJM
