My wife wants me to create your playlist for her on her iPhone... she didn't, won't, accept that I don't have many of those songs in my library.
How fun that you and your granddaughter listened to the REAL oldies together!! Listening to my high school playlist sends me traipsing down memory lane and I have such fond memories of that time in my life that the music takes me back there again and again. Also, when I'm recording the song to put in my library, I always take the time to include a photo of the album cover, sometimes the lyrics, the composer, the year the song was released, the album name and other notes in my playlists. It helps me to have that info readily available as I'm listening.
