Just finished watching it with 2 grandsons.... 15 and 11, they loved it. I liked it as well although... lot of superfluous junk that could have been left out. Fight action was great. Yes, I'm a very shallow viewer.
I'm also very proud of myself... I was right about a lot. Not perfect but I definitely get an "A". Or at least an "A-".
So now we, (grandsons and I), are going to watch Mortal Combat? I think that's it. My grandsons have heard it's better... we'll watch tomorrow. As for me... I have no idea what Mortal Combat is about. I know it's a video game but about what I do not know. Maybe war, soldiers. Maybe dinosaurs? Maybe super heroes? Maybe zombies, vampires, blobs? NO, don't tell me, I don't want to know beforehand.
Oh, one thing I did not guess, didn't even cross my mind... was them having to use a defibrillator on Kong. Missed that entirely. - JamesJM
