Everyone I know who's been vaccinated has suffered similar reactions, usually after the second shot. And that's with Pfizer or Moderna.

Except my parents.

My pharmacist buddy told me to tell my parents to take two Tylenol an hour or two before the vaccine, which they did.

The result? No side effects. Obviously can't draw any conclusions from it, but it does make you wonder.

I must say I haven't heard of someone having such a latent reaction to it like your daughter. That's a new one for me.
