It might be my mattress. BEFORE my GERD attack and high BP and trips to Drs, I did notice my lower back starting to ache when I'd wake up. Sometimes it would radiate to the back ribs. Around the time of my initial GERD pain is when I noticed pain radiating to my front / lower ribs. After we elevated the mattress, I felt it more. I ASSUMED it was all because of the GERD because that's when I really noticed it. When I was working out the other morning, when I did a press with a dumbbell, I really noticed a twinge on my rib where it has been bothering me. It DEFINITELY felt external. SO.... Most of my concerns may have been nothing but mattress issues??? We'll see. I'm still eager to get my thorough Ultra Sound physical on the 15th. It will take a good look at ALL of my organs.
I'm certain most of my initial pain was indeed GERD but the lingering aches I have been feeling may very well be simply mattress issues and a case of....... OLDFARTITIS!!
