with those frozen plastic things, you put in the freezer, that keep stuff cold and insulation around the box.. Once we get them and can get the stuff in the fridge, you generally have a week or so to make it before stuff starts going bad.. sometime longer, depending on what's in the meal.. sometimes we'll freeze the meat and just replace a few veggies, if we can't make them soon enough..
But, that's all predicated on getting the stuff in the fridge or freezer quickly.. this stuff has been sitting in a truck since at least Wednesday night, so, I'm sure the thermal thingies are no longer cold and the stuff is just rotting away as we speak.. Can't wait to hear everyone claim its not their fault..
I remember when mail was delivered "through rain, and snow, and gloom of night" or something like that.. Nothing stopped the mail from being delivered..Now, the official line - as I read it - was something like "we don't force our workers to put their lives on the line to deliver your bills to you".. They give them the option to opt out of working - so you just KNOW nobody's going in if they don't have to..
Friendship is like peeing your pants.. Everybody can see it, but only you can feel the warmth..
