I thought most states were fairly uniform in their DUI laws. At least as far as punishment. I know of know states where one can have multiple DUI convictions and not serve jail time and or lose their license to drive for a significant time. Where the laws may differ is how the blood alcohol numbers mandate "driving under the influence". That means there is a presumption of guilt and the only defense is if the analysis is contaminated.
