Remember this?

I posted about it 2 years ago? A small carnival, with rides, came to my home town - pop. 800. Some carnival games... some 'big' rides but obviously nothing like 6 Flags. Things like what we called the 'octopus', tilt-o-whirl, scrambler.. and that rocket like thing... like this one but much older version:



I had the time of my life... it was like being 8 again. I took two grandsons.... 8 and 13, and they loved it. I think mostly it was just that it was so close... we don't get things like that often.

Even enjoyed some cotton candy, and I hate cotton candy.
