I bought one a while back , but it had nothing to do with Acid Reflux . it was just for watching TV , or reading in bed

used it once , never liked it , haven't used it since , not even sure we still have it

Like sstrams , I sleep on my side , or stomach , so I don't think I could use one for sleeping , even if I wanted too

for Acid Reflux , I'd rather just put a couple bricks under the front head board and just slope the whole bed ,or get one of the Craftmatic adjustable bed

I do get Acid Reflux , from time to time , not to bad though , I just take Prilosec , which seems to keep in under control for the most part

I know sleeping on you left side helps some
