but it took a LONG time. My problem has never been the 'bad' cholesterol but rather a deficiency of the 'good' cholesterol....
Tried pills, including fish oil, for a year or so and it did almost nothing. Switched to eating Salmon a couple of times a week and it worked. Or did... once I got back to normal I stopped my Salmon eating regimen and my levels started to decline again.... that's one of my new year's resolution... back to eating Salmon (and other fish). I'm having Salmon tonight. - JamesJM
