I HATE that place! Wall to wall people. Florida USED to have a much laid back feel. Now it is CRAMMED with cookie cutter neighborhoods with people crammed in tight. THEN.....add a kazillion tourists. And OH.... A HUUGE elderly population! ALL a very bad mix for these times. LOL People gripe about staying close to the house in recent months. It's my routine to avoid crowds! I was good to go BEFORE this Covid mess!

Don't let people talk you out of science. If you don't know the science, then, this is the issue where it is far better to know it. Us sitting at keyboards making stuff up that sounds plausible to us personally is not the same thing.

It is well known that Florida did not handle this well. Population is irrelevant because there are far more populated places that DID handle it well.

Houses being crowded makes no difference. It doesn't spread from house to house.

Masks work. This is known. Distancing. Hygiene. Testing. Avoiding danger spots like indoor crowds without heavy ventilation. This is all known. Your dumbass governor did your people no favors down there. He did virtually everything wrong. There are whole football teams playing each other every weekend with just a few cases turning up. Why? They're handling it. They're doing things the right way. Florida didn't.
