The first episode caught my attention... I enjoyed it.... enough that I somewhat quickly viewed Episode 2.... which is as far as I've gotten... and I'm not sure I'll get further because...
In Episode 2 they hit my 'oh give me a break' button.... some of that Behavioral Science conjecture, (even though I'm sure was based in some fact somewhere), was just a bit more than I could swallow. I was also put off, a lot actually, by both episodes in that the 'victim' in both cases was saved not just at the 'last possible second' but IMHO a bit AFTER the last possible second. I mean... these guys, (criminal minds), are not just 'deducing' at warp speed (my Star Trek reference for today), but they're also traveling thru cities, buildings, climbing stairs, basically 'moving' at warp speed so as to arrive 'just in the nick of time".
Now none of that 'should' bother me, I know... one should suspend reality and simply enjoy... but in this case... too much emphasis in portraying the investigation as documentary fact for me, that just doesn't work with the supernatural accomplishments. - JamesJM
