If it has been a while since you watched, you might be surprised by what you did not see as a kid.

Several of the story lines in the original series are very interesting. You'll see several episodes with stories paralleling what was going on in the 1960s. One of note is "Private Little War". It went hand in hand with what was going on in Vietnam.
