As soon as we pulled out of the driveway today, Elizabeth and I, within 2-3 seconds apart, took DEEP slow breaths. We BOTH saw through the fence the area where both cats are buried and simply no cats in the yard.
When out n about we are just fine. Coming home, I thought it was just me till I asked her.....The closer we got to the house, I started feeling that $^%$^^& hollow / hurt feeling. Simply seeing the house brought a very subtle sense of helpless anxiety. Right now, I am on my spot on the sofa, where Colonel would plop next to me and FOR NOW....ok. Battling on.
