MLB investigating Turner and the Dodgers

MLB has the power and authority to order the game forfeited by the Dodgers and call it a tie , regroup and play a 7th game, or give the WS win to the Rays, or call the WS a tie. . (this is my opinion-not the investigation being reported in the Times above).

I get why Turner came our. He is now a free agent and this could have been the last time he plays in a Dodger uniform.
