the James Rd and Colorado intersection here in my home town, stopped at the stop sign and had to wait for 3 cars to go by before he could pull out onto James.
Orlando's Hardware, also our farmers coffee shop, was near the intersection.... that was his destination. I was inside having coffee... so Mike, (my friend who had got caught in the traffic jam), came inside and asked us coffee guzzling farmers if we should consider putting in a "Cloverleaf" at the intersection to prevent this horrid intersection congestion.
It was a brilliant idea but nothing ever came of it. So even today the congestion continues... maybe not as bad as a wait for 3 cars but 1 or 2 is quite common.
