Yeah that's 2 different things.
If there are reasons to doubt the study being reported on, provide them. If there are other studies that conclude different things, bring them up.
Just saying this newspaper talked about it is not an argument. Unless you're saying that the newspaper distorts and misrepresents the study.
I also provided an article written by the chief researcher of the study in question.
Word to the wise. If someone says "this is political because of the newspaper it's in" AND THEN does not provide any evidence to doubt the study being reported on, then, OBVIOUSLY, the person doing that is being political themselves.
There's nothing more to discuss here.
Either prove the article in question misrepresents the study being reported on, or show that the study being reported on has problems, or show that other studies conclude different things. Then there's a real and valid debate.
