and twice now. Also... my daughter once, grandson once, and many friends.

I'm sure it can depend on the particular dealership... I'm happy with ours in Fresno. The 'ease' is a big factor for me, that probably won't matter much to others.

Haven't had to use their service much but no problems when I did.

About the only 'drawback', IMHO, is the limited selection... although if you're patient you'll usually get your wish.
