Finally.... Hashbrowns Success!!

I couldn't stand it. I just HAD to try making hash browns per the video and couldn't wait till this weekend. So I made myself breakfast this morning which I'm eating as I type this. The hashbrowns came out great!! I ended up washing/rinsing my potatoes 5 times! Here's a pic. Yummy!!
