Re: Anyone ever see the creepy TV flick from 1972... "The Other" ?

I was going to watch "The Other" last night but since you said it was creepy, I was afraid I might not be able to get to sleep after watching it so I waited till this morning to watch it. I didn't find it creepy at all. It was sort of like The Bad Seed times two. I kind of figured out what was going on in in the first 5 minutes of the movie. Just had to watch it play out. On my creepy meter, I'd give it a 2... with 10 being "so creepy I have to sleep with the lights on and clutching Everett's teddy bear". It was pretty mild all things considered. On a positive note, one of my favorite movie composers, Jerry Goldsmith, wrote the music. For the most part, the music is kinda blah... and forgettable, but there was a sequence that played when the crow was flying as Niles played the game that was typical Goldsmith. Sweeping... and pretty.
