I started this when at work, I lifted an SCBA / airpack over my head at work and it felt like lead. It was during morning checkout and I had very little energy. My main intent was to start eating better and no so much less. More vegetables and ESPECIALLY fruit. I have always been HORRIBLE at including fruits. While doing a lot of walking and light workouts, I wanted to stay hydrated so I have had nothing but water, outside 2 cups of sugared n creamed coffee at work each shift. I set a goal to carry it to my physical. It has worked but it is a VERY VERY boring lifestyle. Life is way too short to enjoy when you can in moderation. SO....Come Thursday, I'm gonna have my "beverages n beer" and occasional fried shrimp. I'm just gonna make sure to spread it out and keep up with fruits n veggies and more routine exercise.
I'm no alcoholic but I am READY for a drink! After Covid and all the other crap going on in the news, I picked the wrong three months to quit drinking! lol
