I have cut back on fried stuff and have not had a single Soda or alcoholic beverage since. I have been cramming for a physical that is scheduled for next Thursday. My Labs have already come back. My cholesterol is still in the .....so so range......but better than last year. My fasting blood sugar was elevated. It has been that way for the past 7-8 years. A bud of mine said they tightened the standard on that. I hear the A1C is still the main one. Cannot recall what that number was. My Dr will review all of it this coming week. Thursday night, I intend to have a beer or two so stand by for JOKES!!
Seriously, I intend to keep my junk intake to weekends. Alcohol / soda too.
Also, everyday, since 29 March, I have gotten at least 10,000 steps every day. 3 or 4 of those days, I have hit 20,000 + Today being one (LOTS of yard work)
