Med experts are all over the map when it comes to a "game changer" vaccine. The epidemiologists that I respect and trust are saying 2023 at the earliest. During this time it's hard to believe we could shut down our businesses again-although we are now seeing an enormous growth in hospitalizations due to COVID. And that is the key not just increased numbers of those diagnosed with it as part of that can come from more testing. If we are going to open up then we have to have mandatory mask wearing laws. Unfortunately for whatever reasons that has become political. Too bad because there are countries such as New Zealand where everyone wears a mask-no matter your political beliefs-and they have for the most part eradicated the virus (no new cases, no new hospitalizations due to the virus). You wear a mask there no matter if your a macho person or a weenie. What people who say we are losing the economy are right but they don't realize it will be far worse if we start living the same care free life we did before. That is what will REALLY impact the economy.
