I rarely eat fast food anymore. . . especially since, now, they've posted nutritional values.
In some cases, one burger has all or exceeds the recommended daily allowance of fat, trans fats (anything over 0 is unacceptable),carbs. . . and especially salt. They've overloaded with salt to cut into the taste buds to give you the false sense the item tastes good. Salt is a killer. Literally.
Add to that fries or onion rings. . . and it goes through the roof. Of course, some will justify taking all this when they add a diet soda. LOL.
A funny story. . . when Vickie and I went on our weddingmoon in Jamaica, it was an all inclusive. . .and we liberally attacked the buffet. . . then we saw before and after photos. . . when we arrived and our last day. In our "after" photo, we looked like blimps. . . it was like whoa. I'm convinced it was because of water retention due to too much salt.
