that I want Asian Jasmine in my front yard.. for two reasons:
1.) I have some in my courtyard.. yeah, you can't stop it, you can only hope to contain it.. and its gets "higher" than I really want my front yard area to be.. if you notice, that dude was ankle deep in it, I don't lie ho high it grows..
2.) and most importantly, I have it in my courtyard, underneath the same Live Oak that's keeping my yard from growing.. So, what's the problem? The leaves, acorns and pipe cleaner looking thingies the Live Oak constantly drops get stuck in the Asian Jasmine and its a nightmare to get them out.. Especially the leaves.. I still have leaves in my asian jasmine courtyard patch from 22 years ago when we bought the house.. extremely hard to get them out, once they sink into the jasmine,, raking just tears the jasmine up and I can't imagine having to do an entire front yard of it cuz that tress dumps a literal BUTTLOAD of leaves in our front yard - as does the 13 neighbors I have who also own live oaks.. I honestly think it would be a leaf nightmare keeping that clean.. So, lots to think about..
Friendship is like peeing your pants.. Everybody can see it, but only you can feel the warmth..
