Coming from where I am....

Kinda used to high alcohol contents with "homemade brews"....Moonshine I've sampled and gotten (at times) is well....it's 100 plus .....you test it by not tasting it but by flaming it and it has to burn clean (no yellow in the flame) before you taste it...It can kill you if it's bad shine..Have had Potene (sp)...Irish moonshine....IMO NC/WV shine has it over that, but that sample size was small....

I'm still alive so if anyone needs shine tasted I'm the tester......LOL....
