Yea , Woody Harrelson was probably the weakest link

but I'm not sure who you could have got to play that part

although Marisa Tomei surprisingly pulled of a pretty good Edith

MamaRAMa was right , the Jefferson half of the show was better

but in All In The Family's behalf , they redid an old original show , and it was kind of the episode that set up the Jeffersons , so the actual original show it's self , might not have been one of their best either

I thought Jamie Foxx actually did a pretty good job , he even had Sherman Hemsley's walk down

Wanda Sykes was pretty much Wanda Sykes , I like Wanda Sykes in pretty much everything she does , but she's usually just Wanda Sykes in everything she does , she doesn't have a huge range

it was great to see Marla Gibbs back playing Florence again , her tongue was as sharp as ever

but clearly , these two shows were played by actors who had never played those parts before , live , and it showed

I had to google it , thought it might be cool if they did a Happy Days / Laverne and Shirley show like that

but..........

different Networks , different Producers , so thats probably not gonna happen though
