Don't care for it either. BUT.. I do like the texture. 
Love Tapioca and Gingerbread Cookies... the others you named not so much. I don't dislike any of them but I don't eat them.
My favorites? Well.... Ice Cream is probably my favorite. And a variety of flavors but perhaps my favorite is Maple Nut.
Love cinnamon rolls. Actually... I love most all pastries.
Love pumpkin and pecan pies... and hot apple pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream is great. My favorite is probably coconut cream.
Banana pudding is a favorite of mine.
As you can see I like most desserts... but I don't eat dessert very often. I am not a candy bar fan but I do love Butterfingers and Skor bars... I probably have one of each per year. UNLESS... my friend Scott sends me a box of Skor bars in which case I don't stop eating them until they're gone.
