The Basque Restaurant Pig's Feet... yes, watched all those old guys wolfing those down and it nearly made me sick just watching them. Fortunately the Basque Hotel had enough side dishes that I could skip the Pig's Feet... to the laughter and ridicule of all the older guys. I did try them..... probably the closet I've ever come to having to spit it out.
Tripe I've had many times.... can't live here and not eventually have it. I'm not a fan. It's edible... but very VERY blah to me. Menudo is tasty, to me... but not because of the Tripe...or probably because of the flavor the tripe gives to the broth... the tripe itself nah.
