All you have to do is go to a pit bull rescue site. They are constantly bought by people who don't want a pet. People buy them because they want protection from the others who have pits. It's just sick to me. It's unfortunate that the mick vick thing didn't cause more research. I am not in the animals have no rights group... but there are plenty of people who are and their dog choice is the pit bull and its completely unfair.

Pit bulls are powerful dogs and can do more damage than many/any other dogs, which is why they fight them. Because no other dog is better at it. Buck, from the Call of the Wild is the only non-pit bull dog I know that has beat a pit bull. So being a dog bred to fight pretty much makes them scary. Just easier to say they are bad dogs I guess.
