another year of what could have been

when it comes to high school football

our district has 8 teams , at the start of the year , 5 of those teams were ranked in the top 10

now , sadly , we have two loses , each by 7 points , both loses are within the district , so pretty much eliminates us from the playoffs , we still have a chance , depending how the other teams in the district fair these last couple games , but it's unlikely

so now the , what could have been

tonight we just knocked off the number one team in the state , by 25 points , 46-21

but they'll probably still go on to the playoff , and we won't

we'll probably end the season at 8-2

it's like every year , we end up 9-1 or 8-2

always the bridesmaid , never the bride..................lol
