She is an excellent entertainer but her real success has been in the business world. She is very bright and can negotiate the pants off other leaders in the industry such as AEG, etc. From what I understand she does her own negotiating. She also does a lot of pro bono stuff for those in need. Moreover, at her age she is exceptionally grounded. I like and respect her.
