We have to sell this house first. No one so far, has been willing to pocket $10K we are offering to fix it themselves or have us fix it.. The house isn't perfect, so the tub is just one issue but its the most glaring. Where is the realtor that can sell?! You know where he says, "that's just a scratch, put a little sparkle on it and its good as new".
