They lost to the eventual winner. Still sad that the Giants didn't go on to the Series and continue their even-year magic, but . . . . if they had to lose to anyone, glad it was the Cubbies.

I'm also happy that Major League Baseball seems to be back. Right now, it's more popular than the NFL, and that hasn't been the case in decades.
