Ain't that the truth, 21?

There's one guy that I only see at reunions.. I've known him since first grade.. in second grade we use to get a little class newspaper called the Weekly Reader - maybe 8-10 pages at most.. We all thought we were karate champions, so I rolled up my Weekly Reader and challenged this guy to karate chop it in half.. I was holding both ends of the paper.. He accepted..

What I didn't tell him was that I had rolled the Weekly Reader up around my wooden ruler, which he couldn't see.. I figured he'd break his hand and after an ER visit and some good laughs, he's owe me 50 cents, or whatever we bet.. 'm holding the paper.. he raises his hand and brings it down just like Bruce Lee..

KKKKKKRRRRRRAAAACCCCKKKKKKKKK!!!!!!

..and both ends of the ruler fall out of the paper on the floor.. He's laughing, but I'm super PO'd that he just broke my ruler and not his hand.. So, ever since that day in 1967 for about 49 years, or so, I have told him he owes me a new ruler.. Which, I know is a flawed idea on my part..

We tell that story EVERY single time we get together.. and, yeah, its never gotten old.. well, to us, at least lol
