..at least around here, they are.. All I've ever heard is that if you suspect skin cancer, you're on the clock as far as it turning into something super serious, like melanoma, or something.. But, here in Texas you cannot get an appointment with a skin doctor in under 3 months.. So, by then you're probably gonna be in trouble.. at best..
