Unbelievable.. Elton john cancels Dallas shows..

I bought Elton John tickets for my wife two years ago as its been her bucket list item to see him.. its been cancelled for two years and he was finally playing Dallas tonight and tomorrow night.. and he just test positive for covid today, so both shows cancelled again.. it wouldn't piss me off so much if they'd just give us our money back, but they won't - even after two years.. We have hotel reservations and I scheduled two doctor appts in Dallas the following day.. Now all that's down the drain, as well..

Luckily he was vaccinated and boosted.. I'm not mad at him - I'm mad at the promoter who insists on keeping our money.. these tickets were BY FAR the most expensive tickets I've ever bought..

Same thing happened with Styx tickets a few months ago.. I bought tickets two years ago for that show, which was postponed over and over.. then finally cancelled a week before the last date.. took me almost 4 months to get a refund from that show..
