It was around in the early/ mid 90s. LOLOL I have been on a Youtube kick, watching all of the "Be Like Billy" skits. If any of you remember those.....Youtube "Darrell Suto" (The guy who plays Billy Quan) There's a hilarious video that had me thinking it was a fan gonna hear what Darrel Suto is like but.......
