I messed mine up a week or two ago. My Chiro has corrected it once but it popped out of whack. Chiro did adjustment again this AM. Probably won't know if it worked till tomorrow. FAR from the worst pain I have ever had. Just a subtle ache that I feel mostly if I sit back in a soft chair. Pretty certain I did something 2 weeks ago when my Wife and I did a TON of house cleaning. I plopped down on our tile floor to clean my DVD shelf and DVDs and then sat for quite a while on the hard tile. I don't think I have ever injured the Sacrum ........LOL But I have never been 54 years old either!
Just wondering if it just takes time for it to go away totally.
