Is lowering A1C a slow process??

April 11, 2021 01:05PM
My blood draw a month ago had my A1C at 6.0. It's SUPPOSED to be between 5.2-5.6. I have reduced my carb intake since. Not eliminate but reduced. Have had zero alcohol and drinking lots of water. Can expect any drop when I have my annual with my Dr and a blood draw a week from tomorrow? A1C have never been an issue with me so I am unfamiliar with the average rate of climb or drop.
