I was updating ya'll on our small little town when covid started, and was all freaked out when we actually got up to 6 cases a day in a town of 104K.. Well, we've been averaging 90-100 new cases every day lately.. its good thing they've finally started opening up the bars and restaurants and stuff..
So, my question is: when we were averaging 3 or 4 new cases a day, EVERYTHING shut down.. I mean, EVERYTHING.. limited people allowed in Walmart, all restaurants nd bars closed.. school closed, everything was closed.. So, now we're averaging 90-100new cases every day, yet everything has opened up.. Did they decide the virus wasn't THAT dangerous, or were they WAY overblown in their reactions at the beginning of the outbreak? Just - again - as I've said before, really weird...
