that I have experienced a problem with an application - worked on it for a month or longer without being able to figure it out - and submitted a support ticket to help me address the problem... AND THEN....
Not an hour after submitting the support ticket... figured it out on my own.
I've learned my lesson. Next time I will immediately submit a support ticket without making any attempt at all to figure it out on my own... and only after submitting the ticket will I begin to troubleshoot. I'm now one step ahead of them. - JamesJM
