I'm watching the Alabama-Ole Miss football game and it was raining pretty steadily when the game first started. It's not raining now but it makes me wonder what folks did whose masks got wet. It's my understanding that in order to be effective, cloth masks need to be dry. If they get wet, then they're to be discarded/changed for a dry mask. Kinda tough to keep a mask dry when you're sitting outside in the rain while wearing one. I see a ton of people in the stands not wearing a mask. They MAY have worn one earlier but the probably got soaked in the rain so they took them off. Most people probably only enter a venue like that with one mask. So now what? This could open up a whole new can of worms.
