So it takes almost nothing to accept some things as possible for me. I watched this video podcast with this guy who claims to have worked on alien propulsion systems. And its BS right? Well evidently all it takes is for me is to watch/hear someone earnestly state their case and IF I want to believe them then I lean that way. I am too cynical to buy in completely but I want to believe what I want to believe.
After this video I watched videos on "time travelers" and found that to be unnervingly convincing as well. What the heck??? Then an ad came on about a vitamin cocktail that will improve memory, energy, recovery, etc. etc. and then a video came on about taking 11 vitamins and herbs, etc. that are like a wonder drug that has been condensed into a powder that becomes a refreshing and delicious drink when mixed with water. So what stopped me from buying all that stuff? I watched a show on the "Mediterranean diet" a few weeks ago and was ALL IN that it slowed the aging process and helped cure/prevent disease.
So much stuff speaks to the kid in me who loves magic and the mysterious. My adult side tempers it all with a healthy dose of skepticism.
Anyway I am including the video here. Interesting and I would imagine a potentially solid topic starter. lol
