I can't relate. My work experience was my Dad and Uncles as 'bosses'. What was that like? Well, from birth until my Dad passed away in 2005, (my uncles preceded him in passing), I never did one single thing right... ever! . And from about 1983 I WAS the boss... it didn't help.
