Another work environment observation

You know, I've noticed that when the boss or supervisor is a tyrant or very overbearing, the employees tend to work better together.

OTOH, when the boss is more passive and a bit too easy going, the workers are not as cohesive. Instead, they tend to try one up each other and act like they're the big kahuna.

Anyone else notice that?
