Great pic Jimmy.. If I may add:

When you go to shoot a pic like that, that might have motion or lighting changes or anything you're hoping your camera fires at the exact right moment, set your camera (dunno if phones have the option) to "Bracketing".. If you're unfamiliar with bracketing, bracketing will have your camera/phone fire off 5-6 photos rapid fire, one right after the other..That way you don't hafta worry about peoples eyes being closed, or something else messing up the pic.. You just keep the best ones and delete the ones with flaws..

You can also use bracketing to do other stuff.. if your exposure is hard to figure, you can set bracketing to fire multiple shots with your camera settings all at different levels - one pic surely will be good.. With Photoshop, its not as critical to get the best possible pic while shooting cuz you can rain down amazing amounts of editing to correct whatever needs it.. But, being old school, I still say your best bet is to shoot the best possible pic and then tweak it perfect..

That was a great pic, btw.. just respectfully didn't know if you were good with his eyes being closed, or not.. With bracketing, his eyes would have been open in at least a couple of pics..
