Skubal, Dodgers, and the MLB agreement

This trade, considering the underwhelming players the Tigers accepted, could just be what will force a salary cap in MLB. Especially if the Dodgers win it all again.

While I love it as a Dodger fan, I believe most baseball fans want to see a level playing field that a NFL style salary cap would bring. The days of fans accepting a Yankee-like dominance due to one team having a huge payroll could be over.
