you don't get film processed into photos anymore. I know there are apps to do so with phones, or even going to a Walgreens to do it yourself. But IMO in today's world the idea of photo albums and walled framed photos is just not really even considered something to do.
It's just like family photo albums, yes it can still be done, but it's just not any where near as prevalent as in the past..Back in the day my Mom had charge of the "Photo Album(s)"......now you just show SH*% off your phone screen.....
My deceased Aunt and Uncle in LA were HUGE with family pics on the wall, it was in almost every room save for the kitchen . In 1 room you didn't even see the color of the wall from the # of frames covering it...LOL..
Sadly in our home we have mostly paintings on the walls, we have like ten photo albums all stuffed with pics taken from film cameras but never enlarged any for walls or tables.....to get them enlarged today IMO would be a pain in the rear....no real photo shops around anymore (that I'm aware of).
